StudyWhiz is a learning system that helps students unravel the mystery of how subject matter is organized so that they can learn it more efficiently and effectively. In other words, StudyWhiz helps students learn how to learn. StudyWhiz helps students become smarter in how they approach all of their subjects. For every student, how to become smart is now a subject!

StudyWhiz guides students through the Seven StudyWhiz MindFrames, namely,
(1) Previewing, (2) Naming, (3) Connecting, (4) Recapping, (5) Constructing, (6) Self-Testing, and (7) Reflecting. Each MindFrame is a stage of learning, a specific way in which the mind frames new material as it learns. MindFrames work powerfully to help students reduce gaps in knowledge, focus attention, enhance memory, and create different ways to make sense of schoolwork. StudyWhiz helps students highlight the connectedness and relevance of ideas. Using StudyWhiz, students can build both confidence and ability. StudyWhiz has two versions, one for students in Grades 4 through 6 and a more advanced version for students in Grades 7 through 10 +. Our Products: StudyWhiz products can be ordered in classroom sets of 25 so that all students in a class can have their own materials, whenever possible; and, although StudyWhiz is designed to be used without specialized training, training is available. Training: StudyWhiz is supported by a seminar for teachers, principals, and others who desire help in implementing a StudyWhiz program.

With endorsements by leading educators such as Michael Fullan, Roland Barth, and Lucianne Carmichael, StudyWhiz also has testimonials by outstanding teachers, principals, and other practitioners whose students have experienced success with the StudyWhiz program.

StudyWhiz will have a trade show booth at the National Staff Development Council Conference in New Orleans in December where Dr. Clif St. Germain, the author of StudyWhiz, will be a presenter. For more information about this event, please click below…
