Clif St. Germain is a professional educator who has spent three decades helping schools and other organizations design learning environments that maximize individual learning potential. He received his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin and now works as an author, international lecturer, researcher, and director of The Center for Academic Excellence. Especially versed in cognitive studies of how the brain learns, Dr. St. Germain creates learning materials that help students direct their attention, organize information for learning, and build their memory capacity. Clif St. Germain is the founder and director of The Center for Academic Excellence. Clif has spent his 30-year professional career researching, lecturing on, and implementing the basic principles of learning, personal development, and leadership. Seasoned by decades of experience working with practitioners to improve schools, Clif provides a grounded perspective for understanding and implementing “Best Practice” strategies to initiate and sustain school-wide improvement projects.

Dr. St. Germain also has worked with a variety of organizations to sustain energy and commitment for organizational change. He is currently the Director and owner of The Center for Academic Excellence, an educational support facility dedicated to learning and the advancement of teaching.
