Dr. Clif St. Germain has spent three decades helping schools and other organizations design learning environments that maximize individual potential. He received his PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin, served as principal in two model schools, and now works as a author, lecturer, consultant, and director of The Center for Academic Excellence in Mandeville, Louisiana. Clif also designs learning materials for struggling students and helps organizations create programs that improve learner performance. He consults with schools districts and business leaders across the country to promote learning, leadership, and personal development. His book, Learning Places: A Field Guide for Improving the Context of Schooling, co-authored with Michael Fullan, offers a practical approach to school improvement that is grounded in knowledge sharing, collective inquiry and a focus on school-wide learning results. 
  
Deb Fetch is a lead instructor for Doane College Graduate Studies in Education, Lincoln, Nebraska. She is co-author of three math books, has presented at National, Regional, and State National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), Society for Developmental Education (SDE), Association for Education of Young Children (AEYC) Conferences, the Learning/ Brain Expo, and has taught graduate classes for colleges in Iowa and Missouri. She is known for her work in Removing the Learning Inhibitors That Place Children and Adolescents at Risk. She holds a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. Deb is a leading trainer for Learning Places: A Field Guide for Improving the Context of Schooling by Michael Fullan and Clif St. Germain. She works with schools to promote a sense of shared purpose and community resulting in higher levels of organizational competence, general improvements in classroom teaching, and measurable improvements in academic performance for all students.
  
Dr. Gene Brewer has been principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, served as a superintendent in charge of forty-five schools and as a Development Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction. He was principal of a multi-cultural school with over fifty nationalities represented in the student body. Using Jungian Psychology as a basis, he researched the correlation of temperament types and brain quadrant leads as models for adopting instructional strategies to address student diversity. He has presented at numerous conferences including the Learning/Brain Expo. He holds an EdD in Curriculum with emphasis on Learning Theory. He is co-author of the book MindWaves: How to Use Less Brain Energy to Avoid Burnouts and Better Connect with Those Around You. Gene is a leading trainer for Learning Places: A Field Guide for Improving the Context of Schooling by Michael Fullan and Clif St. Germain.
